About Bed and Breakfast on U Street

We are new B&B owners opening our doors in October of 2005. Since then, we have enjoyed guests from all over the world, made countless friendships, and have enjoyed the unique perspective these guests bring to our home. Our home offers visitors a choice of 4 guest rooms, 2 with private baths and 2 that share a bath, furnished with Victorian, but uncluttered flair. We provide complimentary WiFi to all rooms, televisions with cable to each room and a gourmet continental plus breakfast each morning.
The B&B is centrally located just north of Dupont Circle on U. Street, Washington’s newest hip neighborhood. (Map this location now). Visitors will find many great restaurants, unique shopping, as well as plenty of the basics, pharmacies, convenience stores, dry cleaners, Starbuck’s and Caribou Coffee café's, Results gym and Whole Foods grocery. Access to the city’s Metro is 4 blocks (6-8 minute walk) at the Cardozo station for the green line. From here 2 stations brings you to the heart of Washington’s new Convention Center, or 2 more stations to the National Mall and Smithsonian’s. On foot, we are less than 10 minutes to the Hilton Towers convention hotel or the Dupont Circle station for the Red line Metro.

Additional Information
- We welcome well-behaved children of all ages and can provide a “Pack and Play” for an infant.
- We have 1 off street parking space which must be reserved in advance ($12 per night).
- All rooms have individually controlled window air-conditioning for the warmer months.
- Complimentary continental plus breakfast is served each morning including: fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, choice cereals, piping hot coffee, select teas and juice. Varied each morning, additional offerings include smoked salmon or assorted cheese platter.

The Guestrooms
The Suite
This 2-room suite is located on the second floor of the home. The main guestroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed with premium pillow-top mattress and sitting area with love seat and armchair. The second room includes a double sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress topper to ensure a good nights sleep over a traditional sleeper sofa. The en suite bath includes shower only. All guestrooms include wireless Internet and color television.

The Queen
Also located on the second floor, this guestroom is furnished with a queen-sized sleigh bed with premium mattress. The sun filled front bay window overlooks U. Street and offers a cozy sitting are with period antique settee and chair. The en suite bath for this room includes a tiles shower, but no bathtub. All guestrooms include wireless Internet and color television.

Third Floor Guestrooms
The third floor of our home includes 2 guestrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. These two rooms share a hall bath, located between the rooms. Each room includes a sitting area, wireless Internet and television with cable.

Rates based on 2 guests, add $25 for additional adults, and $15 for children.
